Departmental Heads (DHs) play a critical role in shaping the quality of teaching and learning in schools. As instructional leaders, they bridge classroom practice and school leadership, supporting teachers to improve pedagogy, assessment, and learner achievement.
This professional development workshop is designed to strengthen the instructional leadership capacity of Departmental Heads, equipping them with practical tools, strategies, and frameworks to effectively lead teaching and learning within their departments. Participants will explore how to support teachers, use data to inform practice, foster professional collaboration, and drive continuous improvement aligned with school goals.
