A Whole-School Approach to Safety, Wellbeing and Digital Citizenship
Bullying and cyberbullying continue to pose significant challenges to learner safety, wellbeing, and positive school culture. Addressing these issues requires a coordinated, whole-school approach that involves leadership, educators, support staff, learners, and families.
This professional development workshop equips school leaders and educators with practical strategies, policies, and response frameworks to prevent, identify, and respond effectively to bullying and cyberbullying. Participants will explore proactive prevention measures, clear response procedures, and the role of digital citizenship in promoting responsible and respectful online behaviour.
Through case studies, discussion, and evidence-informed practice, this session supports schools in creating safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments where all learners can thrive.
