The Quality Management System (QMS) is a critical tool for improving the performance of educators and the overall effectiveness of schools. In this advanced training course, school management teams will deepen their understanding of QMS principles and learn how to apply them effectively within their schools. This course focuses on strengthening leadership skills and promoting school-wide improvements in line with the QMS framework.
As school leaders, SMT members are key players in ensuring the successful implementation of QMS, including managing performance appraisals, fostering continuous improvement, and aligning school goals with educator performance. This course will provide hands-on strategies for monitoring and evaluating educator performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with QMS standards set by the Department of Basic Education (DBE).
