Workshop Overview

This one-day, practical workshop equips school leaders, educators, and support staff with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to create safer, more supportive learning environments—both online and offline. With bullying and cyberbullying becoming increasingly complex in today’s digital world, schools require a coordinated, whole-school approach that prioritizes prevention, early intervention, and an effective response.

Through expert input, case studies, group activities, and policy reflection, participants will explore the root causes of bullying, its impact on learner wellbeing, and the responsibilities of schools under current legal and policy frameworks. The workshop also focuses on strengthening digital citizenship education, empowering learners to navigate online spaces safely and responsibly.

The workshop is designed to support immediate implementation, offering templates, resources, and action-planning strategies that help schools build sustainable, learner-centred systems of safety and wellbeing.
