The Quality Management System (QMS) is a transformative framework designed to enhance educator performance and align appraisal standards with the goals of the education system. For new teachers, understanding QMS is essential for navigating their roles effectively and contributing to a culture of accountability and excellence. This training provides a foundational overview of QMS, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills needed to align their performance with its standards.Â
By focusing on practical insights, the program empowers new teachers to create effective work plans, set performance goals, and understand the appraisal process. Participants will also gain clarity on the roles of School Management Teams (SMTs), Circuit Managers, and Whole School Evaluation (WSE) supervisors in the implementation of QMS, enabling them to work collaboratively toward shared objectives.
